Ingredients
2 eggs
100ml Milk
1 Tsp of baking soda
2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
10g butter
Method
Add the eggs, Protein powder and vanilla to a bowl and whisk to bind together.
Add the milk and continue to whisk until there are no lumps in the mixture and a smooth batter has been created.
Preheat a nonstick pan to a medium heat. Add the butter followed by some of the pancake batter. Flip after 45 - 60 seconds, continue to cook for another 20 seconds.
Serve with sliced banana and blueberries.
