POP-UP WELLNESS
ACTIVITIES
We've teamed up with some of the best people in the wellness industry to provide unique wellness experiences on the Beach. The activity starts with a fun beach workout followed by a relaxing yoga session. Depending on the activity we also like to include Sauna experiences and a healthy Brunch. If you're looking for a weekend adventure this is for you. Book in with a group of friends or arrive solo, you'll meet a great group of people on the day.
THE GAMES
We have 2 types of events.
The BeachFit Games and Fittest In The City. Both are based on functional fitness.
The BeachFit Games is made up of teams of 4 and takes places outdoors on or near a beach. Expect some obstacles on this course.
Fittest In The City is made up of teams of 2 and takes place in sport complexes.
Our events are suitable for all fitness levels from Novice to Elite including Corporate entry.
So if this is your first functional fitness event or 100th we would love to have you take part in the action.
