Wellness Activity with Skellig Sauna

Join us for a morning full of movement and activity. Starting with a 60 minute Beach workout on the sand. After the workout we’ll cool down with a 45 minute Yoga session with The ReWild followed by a Sauna session with Skellig Sauna and optional sea dip with complimentary coffee from An Bothan
